What is an outline planning application?
An outline application seeks approval in principle, establishing the suitability of the site for residential development. If permission is granted, more detailed designs will be brought forward at a later stage through a “reserved matters” application, which will also be subject to community consultation.
How can I have my say?
Please submit your feedback by Wednesday, 8th October so it can be considered before the application is finalised.
Complete our online feedback form via this website.
